THE PROCESS
Once you have inquired, I will reach out regardless of my availability and answer any questions you may have. After discussing how I can provide my services, I will create a mockup with balloon colors, any add-on options, and general design shape. Once approved, and at least 50% has been paid, we will further discuss setup or delivery details.
